You will find the Apartments and Studios “IOVI” in a quiet area , 450 meters from the sea, in a land of 3.000 sq. met. “IOVI’ was built in a traditional way with balconies and pergolas designed to make your stay comfortable, nice and cool, during your stay in the summer months.

Our biggest advantage is our well cared garden, full of roses and other seasonal flowers, ideal for families and children as our playground is full of different games. There is an open BBQ as well in the garden where you can test your abilities and enjoy a meal facing Mount Ipsarion, the highest and most impressive mountain of Thassos.

“IOVI” consists of 6 apartments and 6 studios. The studios are on the ground floor. Each one has a patio overlooking the garden. There are 2 studios for two people, 2 for three people and 2 for four people (a family with two children).

There are 4 apartments on the first floor and two on the second floor. The apartments each have two rooms. There is a big kitchen with a sofa that can sleep two kids and the bedroom with a double or two single beds. Each apartment has two balconies, one facing the garden. The apartments of the second floor have two big balconies, one with a sea view and the other facing the mountains with a feeling that you can touch them if you only open your hands. All studios and apartments have a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and TV.

Only a short distance from “IOVI”, in Skala Potamia, you will find all the shops you need, restaurants with a big variety of Greek and international food, bars for every taste, car rentals and all kinds of sea sports in order to enjoy the sea and the our sandy beach. For those that love walking and hiking in the mountains, there are plenty of mountains surrounding our resort with walking paths that will take you to places with breathe taking views.
